Epic Court Motion from here in TN

Not sure what the original beef was, but apparently it got kind of out of hand when the counsel representing the "state" objected to being referred to as the "government".

It gets pretty funny towards the end.

    Figures, the criminally insane does not want to draw attention to themselves;
    and as such the "State" not wanting to be associated with the sibling "Big Brother",
    needs as much space from recognition of the same point of view.
    Help me, says Tenn., to the Black Robes- there must be a meeting of the minds at the Lodge,
    "Big Brother is looking pretty bad now, and the "States" need more room to fool the people, if
    this plan to shackle everyone of lesser means is going to work .
